As President of Transformation Management Consulting, she works with business partners and direct customers to develop strategies for process optimization, often leveraging enabling technologies to deliver quantum leap improvements in business performance.
Her years of experience in leading organizations within a Fortune 50 company in the execution of strategies around business optimization, automation, marketing and adoption allow her to quickly assess the customer’s environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
